We are looking for Contract & Claims Managers / Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Contract Managers (m/f) Hamburg, full time, permanent or freelance position Your Tasks Contract, Commercial and Claim Management for large scale turnkey contracts, including customer and sub-contractor management of international wind energy or grid-connection projects First point of contact for the contract, insurance and claim management, cost planning and control, as well as project reporting Managing tender and contract documents and assisting the client or the contractor in establishing requirements and undertaking feasibility studies Drafting and keeping legally compliant correspondence with all internal and external stakeholders Profound reporting of claims; Contract observations and monitoring of commercial KPI's
Profil
Degree in business law, business administration, industrial engineering or similar Up to 4 years relevant working experience in renewables Strong communicator with proven negotiation skills Strategic thinker with empathy towards commercial and technical management concerns Fluent in German and English (oral and written), additional languages beneficial Experience with FIDIC, BIMCO and LOGIC contracts or end construction law beneficial
