Beschreibung

For an internationally positioned, family-run logistics company, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a focus on Business Architecture to drive the interim buildout of the business-side architecture capability in a structured way, starting as soon as possible.
Framework
  • Start: ASAP (targeting September)
  • Duration: 5 months+ (option to extend, interim basis until internal replacement is hired)
  • Volume: Full-time
  • Location: Mostly remote, with occasional on-site presence in Bavaria (workshops, planning and C-level sessions)
  • Contract type: Service contract
Responsibilities
  • Building and modeling value streams to map end-to-end logistics processes
  • Further developing and using the Business Capability Map to prioritize and create transparency for initiatives
  • Translating strategic business requirements into viable structures, and moderating and bridging business and IT
  • Preparing decision-making materials for top management / C-level
  • Establishing and embedding the business architecture capability, including knowledge transfer to the future internal successor
Requirements
Must-have:
  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management with a clear focus on Business Architecture (not IT/platform/data architecture)
  • Solid, verifiable expertise in Value Stream Design and Business Capability Mapping
  • Background in logistics or a logistics-adjacent environment (at minimum a solid understanding of the industry)
  • Hands-on mentality and confident presence at senior/C-level, business-oriented rather than technical
Nice-to-have:
  • Practical experience with LeanIX
  • Experience in transformation, enablement, or change contexts
