The integration manager (IM) is responsible for integrating a solution consisting of several systems into the lab- and live environment:- lead the integration for test and live environment and reports the integration status
- deliver a solution integration plan
- coordinate integration activities
- manage the preparation of all necessary equipment for solution integration and validation
- ensure that service validation is able to start as early as possible
- state Integration Completed for the solution for lab and live environment
- present the System & Solution integration perspective to the Management
- As System Release Integrator during Detailed Design Phase for the project he reports to System Release Manager regarding the system validation of the particular system.
- He is responsible for delivering a "System Integration Strategy" Document, for RfA and for RfP statements and supports the Service Introduction Manager during service validation.
