Dear Sir / Madam,our customer is looking for a Infrastructure Programm Manager Carve-out (f/m)
Description:
IT Carve-out – Program Management for the Infrastructure stream – Data Center, Networks, Workplace, Core Services (AD, IDM, etc.), ITSM Tools
Requirements:
Management and coordination of all project related activities needed to achieve the project objectives. This includes in detail:
- Definition and implementation of the project plan and project organization including definition of project roles and responsibilities.
- Implementation of resource management, including the steering of the project team.
- Continuous monitoring of project related costs
- Identification of deviations from the project plan and implementation of quality assurance measures.
- Continuous monitoring of project schedule including dependencies.
- Controlling and monitoring the fulfillment of the overall project objectives, including all subprojects.
- Recording and documenting of changes, as well as analyzing and assessing their impact and implementing appropriate change management measures.
- Carry out risk analyzes and develop control-related measures as well as risk documentation, in particular with changes to the requirements, the project structure or the project plan.
- Establish project communication structure and escalation management as part of communication management for external and internal project interfaces, including preparation and conduct of meetings relevant to the project.
- Stakeholder Management ALL activities are to be carried out in English.
