Tasks:
• Advising managers within the company
• Support the implementation of HR solutions to support the company's growth and overall strategy
• Implementing global/local practices and processes
• Finding solutions to strategic business problems
Requirements:
• Completed studies in the field of HR management or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and SAP HCM
• Very good knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Good knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience in relationship management and coaching skills
• Good knowledge of the financial sector
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Customer and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
