German Speaking Senior Project/Programme Manager - Service Management

We are working with a Global client who are currently in the process of Transforming and rationalising their complete IT Suite. They have hired a 3rd party MSP to run the programme and are recruiting a Transformation team to assist the MSP in the 'as is' and 'to be' process.
To join this team are looking for an experiences senior Service Management consultant to assist them in the transformation of their EUC and Service Management process as a whole.
Your role will be to facilitate the definition of the Service Management processes*, roll these out across the client - including full communication process and liaise with the MSP on the Programme.
*Service Package Definition, Target Operating Model, Governance Model, Integrated Process Model, alongside creation of a Benefits Management Framework & Tooling Evaluation.
This will be an initial 6 month contract with likely extensions given the wider programme with take at least 4 years.
Immediate start is preferred.
