Roc Search is currently recruiting for a German-speaking Project Manager to work for a client of mine in Frankfurt for a 8 months contract opportunity.
PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To lead and manage resources and ensure optimum resource utilization and high customer satisfaction
*To manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues/concerns
*To attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
*To drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams
*To drive resource planning and keep track of team's performance for high customer satisfaction
*To ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
*Project Manager skills with PMP
*Plan, schedule, Monitor and deliver Application Migration services per client expectations
*Possess German Language skills and help in translation needs for the German instance of Sharepoint
*Ability to manage team between onsite (Frankfurt) and India (Chennai)
*Ability to manage customer expectations and work with customer on customer dependencies
