GDPR Sr. Associate / ConsultantKey responsibilities:
• As part of existing GDPR compliance team participate in various assessments and workshops to identify the gaps in current processes with respect to the regulatory requirements and prepare Data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and Record of processing documents
• Help various team, identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) available in their processes
• Guide respective team members to create Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) of the existing processes
• Conduct various workshops in teams to educate them of the GDPR compliance
• Design and implement solutions for the management of consent and data subject rights (GDPR)
Profile
• Good understanding of GDPR and the technical challenges related to its implementation
• Have been part of a team with experience in any of the areas: data management, data governance, data quality, information management, analytics, data protection officer (DPO).
• Sound knowledge of (upcoming) compliance and regulatory requirements having important impact on data requirements
• Has experience in implementing data privacy regulations (other than GDPR) would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
