Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Project description:
The process consultant develops with stakeholders and different teams processes according to the agreed scope
For publication of processes you use defined working tools of the CID Process Office department
Existing processes are reviewed by the consultant and improved according to findings (improvement proposals) of the organization
Tasks:
Lead process definition activities leveraging industry best practices (e.g. ITIL)
Design & document processes according to the IT Process Office documentation standards
Standardize IT processes and support process deployment activities
Applying lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
Organize workshop and achieve results in an independent and competent way
Must-Have Skills:
specialized skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform the essential functions of the job
Good ITIL know how
Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting approaches
Good Cloud Business understanding
Strong communication capabilities
Professional English skills
