Frontend Developer for Internal Employee Application

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to develop and deliver responsive and secure frontend features for the internal employee application across mobile and web touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration with AWS middleware and critical backend services such as HR data, payroll, and interactive modules.

Mandatory Skills:

• Mobile/Web Frontend Development: Strong experience in modern frontend development, specifically with mobile-first web technologies, cross-platform hybrid / responsive web-apps.

• Integration & API Consumption: Strong expertise in consuming complex enterprise APIs (REST, JSON, OData) with an emphasis on performance, data parsing, and lazy-loading heavy data objects.

• Agile Mindset & Self-Organization: Ability to operate efficiently within a Kanban flow—pulling tasks autonomously, managing WIP, and updating progress transparently in Jira.

• Experience delivering frontend features from design compliance up to production testing and maintenance.

Other Skills:

• Platform Integration: Experience integrating and running web applications within native mobile apps using an in-app browser.

• BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) Design: Understanding of or experience collaborating with Backend-for-Frontend architectures to optimize client payloads.

• UI/UX Design Alignment: Strong eye for detail, collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Sketch mockups into flawless, accessible user interfaces.
