THRYVE is working with a client to fulfill an urgent need within the team. You will be joining a high performing team looking after 15 end users needs within the DACH region.SAM (SAS Application Management) candidates should have:
- SAS Platform expertise (SAS 9.4 or SAS Viya) ..(not necessarily SAS coding)
- Long experience in Linux/Unix system engineering / administration
- Shell and similar scripting
- Deep troubleshooting
- Ownership tasks and taking responsibility until customer is served
- Installation of complex software solutions
- Customer facing, technical advisory
- Service management mindset (understanding of ITIL)
- Familiar with operations: monitoring tools, automation
- Update of SSL certificates
- Familiar with container technology (Kubernetes)
- Familiar with cloud technologies and vendors (Azure, AWS)
- Database administration (good to have)
Located within EU, 100% remote.
Serving customers in the DACH region.
Not required but ideally German speaking.
