For a demanding brownfield expansion in the semiconductor sector in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of deep foundation engineering and ground improvement. In this key role, you will take technical responsibility for Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), focusing on the development of foundation concepts as well as the execution of piling works.

- Capacity: Full-time
- Duration: 12 months (with option to extend)
- Location: Belgium (On-site / Construction site)
Responsibilities:
- Technical coordination and management of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) package within a brownfield project
- Coordination and supervision of piling and deep foundation works, taking into account project-specific vibration and settlement requirements in a sensitive semiconductor environment
- Management of subsequent trades: Supervision of structural work, building construction, and the erection of precast concrete elements
- Alignment of the foundation concept with specialist planners and coordination of interfaces with subcontractors, MEP/M&E trades, and the overall project team
- Ensuring dust, vibration, and noise control measures during works close to existing infrastructure
- Subcontractor management, monitoring construction progress, and checking quantity measurements and site logs
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications as well as applicable HSE and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor projects—particularly in megafab/fab construction—or in comparable high-tech industrial facilities is an advantage
- Alternatively, relevant project experience in Life Science, Pharma, or Data Centers
- In-depth knowledge of piling foundations and deep foundation engineering, ideally in a brownfield environment
- Experience in structural engineering/building construction and preferably in handling precast concrete elements
- Expertise in structural works/shell construction is mandatory
- Hands-on mentality, strong assertiveness, and decision-making ability
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
- Fluent written and spoken English (English is the project language)
- High communication skills and strong assertiveness
