Freelance English Content Reviewer – British English (m/f/d) | Remote
For an international project in the digital learning environment, we are looking for an experienced freelancer specialising in British English language and content quality.
You will support the quality assurance of digital content and ensure that materials are linguistically accurate, natural, consistent and appropriate for the target audience.
Your ResponsibilitiesReview and proofread English-language digital content
Ensure natural and idiomatic British English
Identify grammatical, linguistic and contextual inconsistencies
Review terminology, wording, tone of voice and overall content quality
Provide structured feedback and recommendations for improvements
Support ongoing language and content quality assurance
Your ProfileNative or near-native British English
Fluent German
Professional experience in proofreading, editing, translation, localisation, language teaching or content quality assurance
Excellent knowledge of British English grammar, vocabulary and language conventions
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication
Experience with digital learning environments or AI-supported content is an advantage
