Support short listing and final selection of vendor for BPM-Tool
BPM-Tool implementation and role-out, drawing of BPM Architecture and landscape and process documentation
Quick-Review as-is documentation
Validate Level 1 process landscape
Validate Level 2-3 process catalogue
Draw BPM Architecture / Design and support tool implementation
Prepare and conduct process workshops with business
Support business to document processes in tool
Requirements:
Proven Expertise with relevant BPM tools selected, as well as Business Process design and documentation in Banks
Strong communication skills in German and English
Strong organization and coordination skills
