IT Customer Support regarding issues and problems with their devices, accounts and the infrastructure
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Accepting and processing IT support requests at level 1 (hotline and tickets)
- Identifying, analysing and solving technical problems according to L1
- Supporting users with hardware and software problems
- Documenting support tickets and solutions
- Collaboration with other IT teams to continuously improve support processes

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- Ability and willingness to work in a team
- Flexibility and quick comprehension
