Executive Team Assistant - Enterprise Content Services - Freelance roleFully Remote - but based in Germany

Your Responsibilities will include:
Support for the RVP Sales Germany & 4-member Management teams (Frankfurt/Düsseldorf/Munich/Hamburg).
Coordination of meetings, events, including post-event follow-up.
Travel management and expense reporting.
Extensive calendar management.
Development and creation of presentations, statistics, and reports in Salesforce.
Reception and hospitality for our business partners and guests.
Assistance with cross-functional projects and special assignments.
Collaboration with the assistants of the entire executive management team.
The dream candidate (m/f/d):
Holds a completed vocational training in the commercial sector, a degree in business administration, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as an Executive Team Assistant in an international company, large medium-sized enterprise, or a technology corporation would be desirable.
Excellent proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) facilitates communication with colleagues worldwide.
Demonstrates excellent user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook, along with Salesforce Reporting.
