Beschreibung

For a large/mid-sized company currently running an ERP implementation, we are looking for an experienced PMO consultant to take ownership of project coordination, controlling, and reporting throughout the rollout.
Framework
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months (with option for extension)
  • Workload: 4-5 days per week
  • Location: Remote, with occasional onsite workshops near Frankfurt (mandatory attendance at an onsite workshop in Frankfurt, 14-17 September)
  • Contract type: Service contract (freelance)
Tasks
  • Coordination and alignment of internal and external stakeholders throughout the ERP project
  • Project steering and controlling (timeline, scope, dependencies, risk tracking)
  • Preparation and delivery of regular project reporting to management and project leads
Requirements
  • Must-have: Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO role within ERP implementation projects
  • Must-have: Experience working in mid-sized companies ***** Employees) (not exclusively very large corporations or small businesses)
  • Must-have: Business-fluent English
  • Must-have: Proactive, structured working style and personality
  • Must-have: Availability for the onsite workshop in Frankfurt from 14-17 September
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience working in international context with multiple country organisations
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP systems
