Main tasks:
- Discussion of technical, product-specific and productive requirements with internal stakeholders and documentation
- Updating an existing User Requirement Specification
- Supplier communication (discussion of requirements, obtaining offers, review of Supplier Response Matrix)
- Evaluation of offers and specifications
- Updated business case
- Moderation of supplier selection
Main qualifications
- Successfully completed studies (e.g. engineering or engineering-economics) or comparable qualification with well-founded experience in procurement or project management
- Solid technical understanding and well-founded experience in procurement/sourcing
- Experience with the specification of special machinery and experience in medical devices or forensic products industry (HID products) desirable
- Advanced negotiation and cooperation skills
- Business fluent in English
- Background in manufacturing an advantage
