Beschreibung
• Microfocus SM (MFSM) expert with hands-on experience in providing level 2 support for MFSM tool related incident and requests.• Should be very familiar with MFSM tools and its functionality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certification: ITSM, added advantage if MF SM v9.x Certified Expert; Service Manager v9.x Certified Professional
• Good Oracle SQL skills to investigate data from database
• Relevant experience of 4 to 5 years
• Some of the key tasks will be;
o Level 2 production support related to MFSM tool
o Local installation of MF-SM
o Application management ((installation of patches, restart of server, maintenance of virtual machine, etc.) and maintenance
o Application monitoring
o User management for MF-SM (add, change, remove users; password reset, etc.)
o Ticket Tool Application Support for Users
