For our Client in the insurance industry in Cologne, we are currently looking for a

"End-to-End Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d) | English speaking"

Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Cologne

Main tasks/Domains or responsibility:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for designing and implementing an end-to-end demand and delivery process, acting as the interface between different streams: Functional Design, Technical Implementation, Operational Implementation, and Supporting function interactions. Their primary tasks and responsibilities include:
Ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, issue scope, and product requirements.
Coordinating product specifications, sprints, meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Tracking project progress and resolving any issues encountered by the team.
Supporting the Product Owner with PI (Program Increment) vision, backlog management, and communication.
Actively monitoring and addressing any impediments that may arise.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Senior Consultant experience.
Senior Project Manager experience.
Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
Technical requirements:
The Scrum Master should be familiar with the following tools:
Jira.
Confidence in handling project management tasks.
Familiarity with ServiceNow (nice to have).
Non-technical requirements / Methodology/certification requirements:
Scrum Master certification.
Project Management expertise.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of French is a plus (nice to have).
