Dear Freelancer,
for one of our clients, we are looking for a eCommerce Specialist (m/w/d).
Important Note: Candidates must pay social security contributions
Project location: Frankfurt / remote
Project workload: Full-time
Project start: ASAP
Project duration: 4 months with option to extend
Tasks:
·Taking over various tasks for our Store Middleware solution especially testing support for different deployments, projects and ticket deployments
·Being the contact for the internal customers like Logistics or Finance and supporting them with the different requirements
·Handling tickets and coordinating all related activities from requirements management, alignment with all relevant parties, realization, testing to monitoring during and after deployment
·Support the coordination of the external service partner
·Monitoring the different system functions and interfaces to connected systems (log files) especially during product releases or peak business phases
·Managing users and authorizations on the Middleware system
Requirements
·Experience in IT and/or ecommerce
·Experience with demand management and requirement management
·Excellent communication skills even in stressful situations in English and German (written and spoken)
·Taken over ownership for the different tasks and tickets combined with the ability to work independently, self-organized and solution-oriented
·Teamwork-oriented mindset, structured working manner as well as proactive way of working
·Good understanding of business processes and its dependencies especially in an eCommerce environment
·Skills in SQL and understanding of web-services and APIs would be a plus
