For one of our clients we are searching an experienced Senior Support Printing Engineer (m/f) who supports the printing activities regarding hardware and software.PROFILE:
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience; Experience regarding at least one OS using Document Services (WIN environment +amp; Microsoft office tools, UNIX [AIX, Solaris] and Linux systems as server application; Mainframe/JES2 environment)
- Analysis/development of applications in one of the development languages used (mainly java and J2E; others: Swing, Axis, Tomcat, JCL, shell scripting, Oracle/SQL2, Stream Server)
- Support participation provided to all of the tools which are used (DirectConnect/Insite; Adobe Acrobat InDesign etc.)
TASKS:
Acquire/maintain Document expertise with the aim of providing support and participating in the evolution of:
- Infrastructure; Tools deployed to facilitate the tasks of the company; the tools used by third parties.
Incident +amp; Problem Management:
- Analysis of production incidents and resolution; problem resolution; Participation in business and infrastructure projects; needs analysis for the project; development of test plans and solutions and their implementation
Start: asap
Duration: 3 Month; part or full time appr. 40 mandays
Location: Greater Bruessel Area
Languages: French or Dutch (native); Knowledge of the other national language; English (advantage)
