Beschreibung
I'm working with a fastest-growing AI platform company. They're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD to join their DevEx team in Berlin.
They've recently kicked off a large, complex platform project spanning hundreds of repositories with a lot of interdependencies. You'll take the reins on their CI/CD offering, shaping the strategy so engineering teams can deploy faster, safer and in line with compliance standards.
In this role you will:
- Own and optimise the CI/CD offering, with a focus on GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Manage the GitHub Enterprise account, including user and access management and configuration of GitHub Actions
- Build Kubernetes deployments using Helm, ArgoCD and GitHub Actions
- Shape the tooling that enforces code quality, security and regulatory compliance
- Put metrics in place for pipeline performance and compliance, and make data-driven improvements
- Work across engineering teams, product and stakeholders, leading without formal authority and mentoring other engineers
The key requirement is proven, hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions at scale. Azure and Terraform are a bonus.
Because this project touches so many teams, strong communication and the ability to bring people along with you matter as much as the technical side.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in their Berlin office (Monday and Tuesday) and the rest remote. Some travel costs may be subsidised, but accommodation isn't covered, so please factor this into your rate. It's an initial 12-month freelance contract with a possible extension, starting ASAP.
If this sounds relevant, please send over your latest CV to ***@***.com, your all-inclusive hourly rate and the best number to reach you on, and I'll give you a call to talk it through.
Best,
Ash
