DevOps Engineer - 6+ months - Remote - Start AprilFor our international client in Germany, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer.
Your main task is to support the client in ongoing improvement projects as well as a migration from Azure to AWS.
Tasks:
* Maintenance / Evaluation / Improvement of existing Kubernetes Cluster configuration
* Migration from Azure to AWS
* Prepare Infrastructure as Code (AWS based)
* Implement Istio Service Mesh
* Implement Monitoring, Alerting and Logging with Grafana, Loki, Promtail and Alert Manager
* Review and Improve Kong Gateway and Ingress Controller configuration
* Migrate build and release pipelines from Azure DevOps to Github actions
Requirements:
* Strong project experience as DevOps Engineer
* Project experience with Kubernetes Clusters (incl. configuration)
* Project experience with migrations from Azure to AWS
* Technical knowledge of setting up Grafana (Monitoring & Logging)
* Logging strategies for NestJS
* Setup and run Istio Service Mesh in Kubernetes
* Kong operations
* Github actions
Project details:
* Start: April
* Duration: 6 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: 100% Remote
* Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have
