Developer for GeoServer / Java Backend asap for 6+ months (remote)GeoServer, Java, Spring Boot
For my client I am looking for a backend developer with experience in GeoServer. The application is working as a decision support system for agricultural needs. By analyzing past data, it helps farmers to make decisions in regards of nutrition, crop protection, distribution of seeds and more. The backend is developed in Java / Spring Boot. Main tasks will be finding ways collecting the data, clean it up, pre-process it, deploy and optimize the performance in GeoServer, before the data gets processed by the application. We are looking for a senior expert, who works smart and proactive, agile and is team oriented and communicative. Project language is English, and the project happens remote.
Your qualification:
• 3-4 years of experience in GIS / GeoServer
• Knowledge in Java / Spring Boot
• Proactive, communicative, agile
• Project Language: English
