The Customer Network Support (CNS) Engineer is a key role in the Customer Support organization, acting as the technical interface towards the customers and implements the complete customer support services portfolio. The CNS engineer has a deep understanding of the customer network and the customer needs.
As CNS engineer you will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests. You will investigate technical problems; participate in the Remedy of systems in case of critical situations. You will implement Software Updates or Fist Node Implementations and provide Pro-Active support services towards the customers.
A broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge with at least >5 years working experience in respective areas.
The candidates should have a technical background either in:
- GSM RAN, WRAN and/or LTE
- OSS
- IP Broadband
- IMS
- IPTV
