Customer Care Manager*in remoteFor one of our clientsin Munich, we are looking for a Customer Care Manager*in remote on a freelance basis in remote.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Interim Management tasks
- Control and management of several key clients and partners in europe (5 specific contact persons, 500 people in the background) - mainly in southeastern europe
- Requirements Management and Escalation Management
- Responsible for Interim set up management, that means you manage 12 internal employees in the customer team (professional, not disciplinary)
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the field of customer care
- Experience in Management of external partners
- Experience with customer care processes
- Data driven and KPI focused approach
- Experience with customer care tools e.g. Freshdesk
- Englisch Must
- German nice to have
Start: asap
Duration: 6 months – extension possible
Volume: 60%-100%
Possibility to go into permanent employment after the project (Munich, onsite)
