Position Title: CRM Data Analyst
Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Planning, design and implementation of Big Data solutions.
- Advice on the realization of use cases from existing systems and external data sources.
- Optimization of the technical Big Data / Analytics.
- Perform data extraction and data aggregation, as well as qualitative analysis of large amounts of data from diverse sources.
- Support in the analysis and interpretation of statistics, preparation of reports.
- Management and participation in internal projects.
- Coordination of service providers.
Qualifications/Professional Experiences Required:
- Degree in economics, business, computer science or industrial engineering.
- Relevant practical experience in establishing and developing CRM solutions.
- Project management experience would be highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly target and results oriented.
- Assertiveness and hands-on mentality.
- High level of proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
