Our client requires an experienced Cornerstone Implementations Consultant (Inside IR35 and working remote save the occasional visit to client offices) to provide the client with Learning Management Systems (LMS) capability. You will work with the client to identify requirements and workshop through functional areas, acting as an SME for learning areas during testing and performing route cause analysis on defects, support and managing resources through configuration builds, manage the client relationship from a learning perspective, Manage backlog of learning items, Mange internal resources through Build and test preparations.
Essential Skills/Experience/Knowledge of:
Cornerstone LMS and its implementation, Cornerstone OnDemand, Cornerstone API suite is highly desirable. Knowledge of Business Process Design, Design & Build and Cornerstone Talent Management suite & solutioning beneficial
