Stott and May have been engaged in a project for a consultancy client in Frankfurt. They are looking for 1st and partial 2nd level support with the focus on Windows 10, Outlook 2016 and Skype. You would be responsible for the rollout and project support for the introduction of new hardware/software, as well as the documentation of the incidents and solutions in the ticket system.
The IT-Supporter will be required to have:
- A relevant education, eg to the specialist computer scientist
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the support environment
- A high degree of customer and service orientation
- Goal-oriented work with focus on high-quality results
- Team skills, communication skills, and a friendly and binding approach
- Flowing knowledge of German
