Task:The ITSM Service / Supplier Integrator will be responsible to drive the Service & Supplier integration in the context of our new operating/service delivery model as part of the new DC Strategy.
This includes especially the development of integration strategy, integration plan, related communication plan and the execution of integration related actions.
- Develop and Align Integration Strategy & Plan
- Develop Communication Plan for Integration
- Develop Templates for integration related data gathering
- Develop and Implement Management Tools for Operations Control
- Actively manage Service Integration Process during project executio
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience of Service Integration in Multi-Vendor Environments
- Experience of Supplier Integration in Multi-Vendor Environments
- Hands-on experience in ITSM methodologies
- Experience in ITIL processes and best practices, esp. strong knowledge about Service Level Management
- Knowledge of impact of Organizational Change & Transition
- Experience in leading workshops, conflict management & mediation
- Proven effective stakeholder management and communication
- Proven to have worked in a fast pace and dynamic work environment
