For our client, a trusted leader in market research present in over 100 countries, we are looking for the area Nuremberg for a CONSULTANT (m/f) Load Balancer / Firewall.
Aufgaben:
- Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
- Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
- Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty
- Incident resolution, Incident management
- Implementing changes, Change management
- Installation of new versions, patches
- Close customer contact during operative work
- Supplier management for incident related communication
- Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
- Support in implementation Data Canter Move
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Load Balancer and Firewall area
- An advantage are knowledge with Netscaller and Checkpoint
- Very good and applicable knowledge of Netscaler Load Balancers with respective certifications
