Main tasks/ Domains of responsibility
You’ll work in Workplace Customer Window Germany
Key tasks are the following:
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
• Contact person for Infrastructure-Managers:
Weekly meeting with them, coordination of their topics and problems. Maintain the full issue list.
• Asset-Management: Work on daily business and change with the Asset-Data as back-up
• License-Management: Work on daily business and order software items as back-up
• Catalog: Work on daily business and create new Catalog-Items as back-up
• Service-Point: Take care of open issues and problems
• ProviderMgmt : Meetings with our Provider and take care of their needs, coordination problems, maintain open topics
Technical requirements
• IT background
• MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS project) is a plus.
• ServiceNow background

Methodology / certification requirements
• Knowledge of ITIL
Language Requirements
• Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
