Detailed Job Description : Consultant L3 – AWS (Java Architect)
Overall around 10-15 years of work experience, with around 5 years of proven track record in Application Design and Architecture and in leading Application Development teams as a Technical Lead/Architect, Supporting both solution and Technical architecture for Migration of Java/J2EE,SAP applications in Cloud.
• Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Knowledge about Telecom domain with deep know-how about CRM systems, Billing systems, Order Management systems, Product Catalog systems and other Telecom BSS Applications. Understanding about Prepaid, Postpaid and Enterprise customers of a Telecom Operator.
• Experience in designing solutions around one or more Telecom BSS COTS Products (e.g. Peoplesoft CRM,, Kenan billing, Oracle OSM, Comptel Eventlink) and in managing the application interfaces
• Experience in implementing the CI/CD pipeline for an application using standard DevOps tools
• Experience in designing and programming solutions in Java/J2EE, Oracle technologies
• Experience in delivering solutions on Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.) with a good knowledge of Cloud native services available
• Experience in modernization and migration of legacy BSS applications to Cloud infrastructure
• Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Micro-services architecture and in architecture modelling tools (e.g. with Visio, EA etc) will be beneficial
• Experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban
• Excellent level of English. Knowledge of German will be beneficial.

• Architecture and Migration implementation experience of Java and SAP based Applications on RHEL/ windows platforms on AWS Cloud.
• Architecture and Hands On experience of SOAP/RESTful Web Services.
• Provide support with help of DBA on Database Migration (Oracle) from On-Premise to Cloud for both Bespoke and COTS applications.
• Creation of detailed functional and other design documents to match Application requirements.
• Able to Lead, Support and complete all activities of 2-3 applications in parallel and close it in defined timelines.
• Support teams and responsibilities such as Cloud infrastructure, Application operations, Applications security etc.
