For our customer in Hamburg we are searching for an application controller (m/w):Job Description:
- Design a new Service “Application Control” based on customer request and in close collaboration with operate teams
- The new service needs to be designed, documented and calculated as generic new service, independent from the used vendor
Profile:
- Experience in operation of large McAfee and Trend Micro environments
- Self-motivated demonstrated good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- a good understanding of services, thinking in services, not products/vendors
- Basic Knowledge of IT-Security & ITIL (ideally ITIL Foundation), ITIL Certification is an advantage
- Fluency spoken and written English is a must, German language skills are a plus
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with administration of McAfee and Trend Micro solutions
- Experience in the design of services in general
- Basic knowledge Active Directory
- Microsoft Windows Server
- ITIL V3
- good understanding of “Services"
Common Tasks:
- Design the service based on the customers strategy
- write SOW, configuration standards, operating manuals and calculate the service
- topics like Release management, Capacity management or Change management have to be considered
