Main tasks:

• Capture, analyze and structure market and system requirements and translate them into clear product and technical requirements
• Develop technical concepts with a focus on clocking and clock architecture
• Evaluate existing IPs and architectures regarding their suitability for new or changing requirements and standards
• Assess whether existing solutions can be reused, need modifications or require new development
• Define and document technical concepts, including architectural and modeling aspects
• Create clear technical documentation and concept descriptions for development teams
• Collaborate closely with design and verification teams to ensure correct implementation of defined concepts and requirements
• Support the implementation process by clarifying technical requirements and resolving concept-related questions
• Structure, review and manage technical work items and requirements using Jira
• Coordinate with technical experts and relevant stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Main qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in Concept Engineering, Hardware Design, System Architecture or a related semiconductor development environment
• Solid technical understanding of clocking and clock architectures
• Experience in translating market or system requirements into technical and product requirements
• Good understanding of IP-based development and the evaluation of existing hardware/IP solutions
• Experience working at the interface between concept, design and verification
• Ability to understand, structure and document complex technical concepts
• Experience with requirements management and ticketing tools such as Jira
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed technical teams
• Hardware-oriented background required; a purely software-focused profile would not be suitable
