Start date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months, Option to extend
Language: German Mandatory, English
Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: Remote working, occasional visit to client location
Position Summary:
Your working area & responsibilities
· Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
· Manage a Team of SMEs
· SLA- and Availability-Management
· Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met
· Continuous improvements and problem solving
· Drive technology domain automation and standardization
· Complete management of Backup and Recovery implementation (IBM Spectrum Protect) incl. management of backup/restore policies, coordination of maintenance windows, etc.
Your skillset
· Strong knowledge in High-availability implementations in large scale environments
· Technical expertise in Backup/Restore processes
· Deep knowledge in Backup/Restore toolset (IBM Spectrum Protect)
· Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
· Service Orientation / ITIL certification
· Perseverance
· German and English fluency is mandatory
