Cisco Support Engineer required for 1st & 2nd level support activities mainly for Cisco Routers and switches. Work will be processed based on a ticketing system to distribute, prioritise and escalate queries. Candidates will also be required to produce reports on call ratio, availability, average processing time etc. Candidates should have strong Cisco experience, switch port configuration and Firewall configuration experience and strong network troubleshooting experience.
