For our direct client in Munich we are looking for a part-time Change Management Assistant.Start: asap
Hours: 50%, hours and days are flexible!
Rate: 33 euros
Services required:
· Co-ordinate day to day team tasks
· Be single point of contact to Process owner and to the team(and vice versa)
· Be single point of contact for escalation for Process owner
· Authorise changes
· Perform the CAB 'appraisals' for the team
· Train the team on processes and procedures
· Ensure the team reviews documentation and updates them
· Ensure that the change requests are processed according to the documentation
· Chair team meetings
· Checks all changes are approved and authorised in a timely manner
· Act as a deputy for the process owner when needed
· Ensure new recruits are adequately trained and have access rights
· Ensure day to day task are delegated to team members
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse organisation.
· Knowledge and understanding of specified operating systems, computer hardware and topology.
· A basic understanding of automated Problem and Change management systems, ITIL process, procedures, and documentation.
· The ability to read and interpret technical information in Change requests, then communicate impact and risk in writing and over the telephone.
· ITIL Qualified, and able to deputise for process owner at meetings.
· Able to train and advice Change analysts on CAB chairing and review.
