Task:
The Business Analyst (BA) works as a liaison among different stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to improve business efficiency and productivity.

1. Captures, structures, documents and communicates functional and non-functional requirements with business and technical teams
2. Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and to report back solution design
3. Participates in developing business cases with business owners
4. Analyzes, models and improves business processes and information flows
5. Designs user interface prototypes to validate requirements with key users
6. Performs gap analysis to existing products and assists in selecting a packaged product or a library addressing a business need
7. Write use cases
8. Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix: Requirements, Use cases, Test Cases
9. Prepare training material and run user training
10. Write User Manual
11. Quality assurance management, including:
- Defines a test strategy and acceptance criteria
- Writes functional and non-functional test cases, defines and produces test data
- Plans and leads User Acceptance Test campaigns with key users to achieve business acceptance
- Organizes defect logging and follow-up in suitable tooling
12. Assists in application roll out

Requirements (Must have):
- 8 years hands on experience as a business consultant in software implementation projects (process analysis/modeling, requirements management, functional design)
- Solid experience of producing requirements documentation as contractual basis for fixed price projects
- Modeling and improving business processes in multiple distinct domains/departments such as supply chain, finance and sales, preferably working in multiple sectors such as finance and health care
- Project management experience: project plan, resource allocation and milestones tracking
- Excellent English skills, oral and written

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role working for a multinational consulting firm
- Experience both of custom software development and implementation of a packaged solution
- Business process implementation experience with BPM tools (desirable knowledge of Lombardi-Teamworks)
- Software system design experience; relational database design, web services definitions, software architecture
