Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Insurance, Testing, Eco-system, Guidewire, Enterprise Application, German Speaking, Bi-lingual, AgileWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an industry leading client of ours on an initial 6-month contract based in Koln.
You must be proficient in German and English language & have over 4 years' experience within a Business Analysis role.
Technical Job Description
- Able to understands End to End business workflow in Insurance and operational activities
- Able to understand Business functions & Business Requirements and translate those to what that means for Testing Team
- Able to articulate and discuss queries and open questions from Testing team with Development and Business Teams
- Understand and able to do Hands-on Testing activities based on program priorities
- Understands how to identify & define Test Data based Test needs
- Understands Integrated Business Eco-system and is able to work on Integration Tests
- Understands End to End Test Environment and able to Build End to End Tests for the Program
- Good to Have - Guidewire hands-on experience or Knowledge
- Good to have - Any other Insurance system or Enterprise application for Critical business
- Bi-lingual - German and English language proficient
- Client facing with good communication skills
- Team Player and working knowledge of Agile way of working
- Coordination skills and able to build connects in and around stream
- Able to work with Culturally diverse team spread across Germany, India & Mexico
- Flexible and able to sustain change in dynamic program environment
