For a client project, we are currently looking for a-/an
Business Functional Analyst (f/m/d) - Banking Customer Sales Retail - ASAP - remote 100%
Task /Requirements:
-Experience Business Analyst at Banks / Financial Services Clients
-Longterm experience in requirements engineering, including user stories, use cases, functional specifications and
adherence to documentation standards
-Ability to capture and translate customer-facing business requirements
(e.g., advisory journeys, onboarding, sales processes) into IT specifications within banking environments
-Experience in designing UX-driven, customer-centric processes across omni-channel touchpoints (branch, digital)
To ensuring strong user experience and business value
-Proficiency in business process modeling (e.g., ADONIS) to document, analyze, and optimize end-to-end sales and customer processes in regulated environments
-Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with fluency in German (min. C2) or English, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and compliance requirements
Project Language: Englisch (fluent), German would be a plus
Date: 15th of June 2026 or later
Duration: 6 month
Workload: 4-5 days per week
Location: 100% remote
