Business Consultant, Change Management, Clearing
Task and responsibilities
- Project Support for the Section Clearing Delivery & Control with focus on analysis and resolution of functional impact for the Section in context of an internal change management project
- Evaluate impact on business and emergency procedures and incorporate necessary changes
- Draft of organizational framework (policies & procedures) for new business units
- Coordination of activities for all involved internal stakeholders (Project Office)
- Ensure timeliness of given project plan incl. monitoring milestones
- Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
- Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
Mandatory skills and experience
- University degree in finance, economics or business studies and/or a comparable training
- Knowledge of Central Counterparties (CCPs) desired
- Experience with impact analysis of functional documentation
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with maintenance of data, process workflows and documentations
- Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Optional skills
- Work experience within change management projects is an asset
