• Strong Working experience in Telecom IT domain including following business functionalities:
o Business Requirement analysis (experience in coordinating with different IT/Business groups for gathering and analyzing requirement/IT impacts, creating solution specification documents and user stories, verify solutions developed from user/business requirement perspective)
o
• 5+ years experience in Telecom OSS and BSS including End to end BSS & OSS order provisioning workflow with product catalog, inventory and activation process etc.
• Experience working in software development teams, requirements analysis, software requirements specifications development with hand-over to software design
• Good analytical skills Secondary Skills Required:

1. Knowledge in the Telecom provisioning and activation flow
· Knowledge on Telecom services
· Experience in any Telecom Provisioning product ( Clarity, Comptel IL, etc…)
· Telecom Order Management systems knowledge( CRM, BPM, POS)
2. Understanding of Java-based application architecture, different Web/Batch etc. data
Good/Nice to have skills:
• Working experience in Technical/Functional transformation projects (e.g. technical platforms upgrades/migrations, functional rationalization, IT/Business process automation)
• Agile methodology
• Working experience in workflow modelling tools, Frontend design concepts, Java design patterns
