Task:As Business Analyst you will take the lead role in the Group wide SLA documentation update, which covers the 17 CC SLAs as well as the numerous SLAs owned by the other business divisions. You will closely cooperate with the global BA controllers of CC and as a 2nd priority with the business controllers supporting the other BDs. In addition you will cooperate with Group Tax to ensure accurate transfer pricing assessment.
Your main responsibility will include:
? agree new SLA template with business controllers, Group Tax and Legal
? document the CC SLA in cooperation with BA controller and the CC functions
? closely work with Group Tax to support them for the hard cost transfer
assessment (transfer pricing)
? update the SLA depository of the Group (doc web)
? prepare regular updates towards Head SLA Management and the Bank
Senior Management
? Set up a sustainable process to maintain the documentation
? Support SLA Management to update the governance model with Group Tax
and the Finance Executive Committee
Requirements (Must have):
? Extensive business analysis experience in the financial service industry
? Excellent knowledge of excel, power point, doc web, share point, etc.
? Strong analytical skills
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentations skills
? Must be able to work independently and deliver results under time pressure
? Self starter, optimistic, can do attitude, pragmatic, self motivating personality
? Fluent (written and spoken) English, German an advantage
? Experience in either SLA, transfer pricing, or SOX process/documentation
