Role: Technical Business Analyst – PLM/ERP Integration (m/f/d)
For an exciting transformation project, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new PLM system (Centric PLM). The new PLM system will be integrated with an existing in-house ERP system based on .NET.
You will act as the interface between Business, PLM, ERP and IT, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for implementation by the development team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business and PLM requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Analyze and define the interface between Centric PLM and the existing ERP system.
  • Define data flows, data mappings and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers and technical architects.
  • Support the definition and documentation of APIs and system interfaces.
  • Support testing and acceptance activities and clarify technical requirements throughout implementation.

Your Profile
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
  • Strong experience in requirements engineering and requirements analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Understanding of interfaces, APIs, data flows and data mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
  • Technical understanding of .NET/C#-based systems.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in PLM implementation projects.
  • Fluent German skills (minimum B2 level).
