Tasks
• Determination of required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them.
• Conduct requirements gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Support of the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the involved organizational structures.
• Assisting in quality control and project management.
• Identify people and systems impact by functional and non-functional requirement.
Requirements
• Min. 8 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experienced in applying business analysis technique.
• Business knowlege in the area of compliance and operational risk in the field of financial crime.
• The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements.
• Excellent knowledge in SQL and data warehousing.
• Relevant experience in requirements engineering, process modelling and data modelling.
• Understanding of business architecture.
• Knowledge of how to develop robust solution.
• An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
Soft Skills
• Passionated about supporting the development of IT systems and applications.
• Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability.
• Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
