Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for 2 Business Analysts to work in Heilbronn, Germany on initial 6 month contracts.
Job Skills
*Insurance Domain experience.
*Understands end to end P&C (Properties and Casualties) value chain knowledge
*Having good P&C experience
*Good command in language (German)
*To be based out of Germany
*Assist in defining business requirements and developing system specifications to solve business problems
*Provide consultation and guidance to client and development management and staff in all phases of solution development and implementation
*Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues.
*Works as an intermediary between business units to support business operations, Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures
*Analyse and evaluates business needs and provides technical direction and recommendations to create or develop new functionality Analyse business needs and modify an existing functionality. Work on projects with a narrow to moderately wide (office, statewide, regional) scope involving 1 to 2 systems
*Works with business unit to address opportunities for improvements in processes and mitigate issues as they arise between business units through research and analysis..Facilitates transfer of information and problem resolution between business units
*Provides supporting information and documentation as necessary
*Analyses business flow and reports to make recommendations to management for improvements in information flow and systems set-up
*Assists with the development of formal recommendations for presentation to management
*Serves as liaison between business unit and IT Systems regarding project specifications
*Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
