Task
Analyse of Incident Management Processes in different business areas.
Create functional specification for the implementation of a given incident management process framework in an SAP CRM7 environment.
Plan and support of business acceptance test.
Project organisation
Set up a transition planning.
Prepare and conduct training.
Requirements & Skills
Analytical ability, eager to learn.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to enforce given standards and requirements.
Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
College degree or equivalent.
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it’s basic principles is a plus.
Language skills: English and German (very good).
