Tasks:

Define the planning for the procedure.
Create technical concepts based on templates.
Coordinate the content of specialist departments (claims centers).
Process necessary decisions and create documents that are ready for decision-making.
Drive content autonomously.


Knowledge
Well-versed in the claims environment.
Knowledge in how processes and procedures work in a claims department.
Collects, evaluates and prioritizes the requirements of the business user based on the business processes.
Direct cooperation with business and IT, Business Analyst forms the interface between business and IT.
Planning, preparation and implementation of workshops to assess professional requirements.
Systematic documentation of results using appropriate methods.
Transforms business requirements into IT system requirements.
Creates the basis for the design and operation of the IT system.
